MARSADA (Indonesia)

Sensational Batak talent from the tropical shores of Lake Toba, Sumatra. Marsada combine beautiful close harmony vocals with traditional instruments and acoustic guitar to great effect. Described as the 'Indonesian Beach Boys' their music never fails to conjure images of tropical sunshine and warmth.

They have toured the UK twice in July 2004 and November 2005 and released their debut album 'Pulo Samosir' to coincide with the first tour. The group are now in Sumatra working on new material and performing locally.
